Job summary

ProCare Hospice is seeking an RN Clinical Quality Analyst to support clinical decisions, optimize operational processes, and lead quality-improvement initiatives to enhance reliability of care. You will interpret data, develop tools, and prepare case summaries for regulatory submissions, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team on educational needs related to federal and state requirements.

You will also coordinate annual policy and systematic reviews while ensuring compliance with CHAP

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN license preferred in NV.
CPR/BLS certification required.
At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
3 years in hospice quality role preferred.
Experience with hospice accrediting bodies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
CPHQ certification or Lean Six Sigma preferred or obtainable within specified time.

Responsibilities

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Federal and State hospice rules and regulations.
Supports systems and policies for analysis of performance data.
Collects and analyzes data to identify trends and conducts root cause analysis.
Leads/coordinates action plans for quality improvement and annual reviews.
Serves as EHR superuser and provides quality/compliance education.
