Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is seeking an Education Generalist to design and deliver nursing education across inpatient units, critical care, and ED. You will design eLearning, coordinate preceptor education, and lead education during new product implementations.

The role includes coordinating ANCC contact hours for ongoing education and aligning with NM values. The position emphasizes quality improvement, leadership, and inter-professional collaboration, with a focus on patient safety

Qualifications

BSN required for role and ongoing development in nursing education.
MSN or equivalent pursuit encouraged; progress tracked per unit goals.
Illinois RN license required; ANCC credentialing support and education planning.

Responsibilities

Design and develop eLearning programs grounded in adult learning principles.
