- Coordinates unit orientation with NM Academy and leadership.
- Integrates theory and evidence-based practice into nursing education.
- Develops and evaluates formal and informal staff education across shifts.
- Creates annual unit-specific clinical skills validation and competency checks.
- Manages mandatory education activities including weekends.
- Partners with unit leaders to design staff education plans.
- Maintains practice standards for the clinical setting.
- Collaborates with NM Academy to address educational needs.
