Job summary

The liaison will develop clinical partnerships, coordinate schedules, conduct site visits, support preceptors and faculty, and ensure compliant documentation while upholding the college's mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted RN license.
• BSN or higher degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop clinical relationships with CNOs, DONs, and healthcare administrators.
• Secure and maintain clinical sites to support student learning.
• Oversee and coordinate clinical experiences for PN and RN students.
• Collaborate on planning and evaluating clinical experiences with Program Chairs.
• Schedule relief coverage for clinical instructors as needed.
• Conduct observational visits to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Develop orientation programs for faculty, students, and facilities regarding practicum policies.
• Mentor new clinical instructors during rotations.
• Maintain compliance and audit preceptor and student documentation.
