Qualifications

• MSN or higher required for RN licensure in applicable state.
• Current, unrestricted RN license required.
• At least 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses being taught.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Deliver clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a supportive learning environment and foster student growth.
• Evaluate student performance and competency against program standards.
• Prepare timely student progress and grade reports; maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
• Stay current with nursing practice and participate in continuing education.
• Attend required faculty and campus meetings.
