Job summary

Jersey College seeks a Nursing College Clinical Site Liaison (RN with BSN or higher) to manage practicum experiences for PN and RN programs. The role promotes the college's mission and maintains strong clinical facility relationships.

Responsibilities include managing clinical relationships, coordinating experiences, observing sites, mentoring instructors, and ensuring compliance and documentation while keeping an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted RN license.
• BSN or higher degree in nursing.
• Supervisory/educational experience or relevant leadership background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Relationship Management: build and maintain partnerships with CNOs, DONs, and healthcare administrators.
• Clinical Planning and Coordination: oversee PN and RN clinical experiences and schedule relief coverage as needed.
• Faculty, Student, and Preceptor Support: develop orientations, mentor instructors, and debrief with preceptors.
• Compliance and Documentation: audit preceptor and student documents and maintain RN licensure.
