Job summary

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, oversee operations, triage walk-ins, coordinate Prenatal Program, maintain confidential records, and provide in-service training.

Qualifications

• Two years of ambulatory/clinic experience with supervisory duties.
• BSN from an accredited program; NY RN license.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise clinical staff.
• Oversee daily operations and patient flow in clinics and labs.
• Screen walk-in patients to triage to practitioners.
• Coordinate Prenatal Program activities.
• Maintain confidential patient records and documentation.
• Lead staff trainings and quality improvement efforts.
• Attend and chair nursing meetings as required.
