Ryan Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in a managerial role to oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical team across primary and specialty care, including laboratory coordination.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise clinical and administrative activities, manage staff scheduling, and ensure efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards of care and confidentiality. A BSN and NY RN license are required, with bilingual optional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of ambulatory care experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record Systems.
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise clinical support staff.
• Oversee daily operations within departments and report issues to Administration.
• Monitor patient flow and nursing/practitioner workload for productivity and care quality.
• Screen walk-in patients to determine who must be seen by a practitioner that day.
• Develop and monitor staff schedules for the clinical team and Laboratory Unit.
• Coordinate Prenatal Program activities and patient referrals.
• Maintain confidential and organized electronic medical information.
