Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting in Georgia. The RN Clinical Nurse is expected to collaborate with nurse supervisors, office managers, and the Clinical Champion Forum to enhance patient outcomes and maintain a culture of service

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; customer service oriented.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and nursing documentation systems.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Coordinates delivery of safe, quality patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Documents care plans and ensures communication with patients and families.
• Upholds policies, supports performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Precepts and mentors staff to develop a qualified workforce.
