Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to deliver individualized care.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Coordinates care and documents accurately to support safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of care with interdisciplinary teams and governance.
• Participates in performance improvement and shared governance at all levels.
