Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• RN license in good standing; multi-state compact may apply.
• BLS certification required for patient-facing care.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence base practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient centered care reflecting age, gender, disease and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and significant others through bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards and participates in governance and quality initiatives.
