Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• RN license (single-state or compact) required.
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based clinical care.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting diversity and culture.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Documents care accurately and timely in the chart.
• Engages in performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Precepts or mentors other nurses as needed.
