Job summary

Lexington Health – Intermediate ICU in West Columbia, SC is seeking a full-time nurse leader to coordinate orientation, training and competency validation for unit staff. The role provides ongoing leadership, supports patients and families, collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and uses the nursing process to promote health and well-being.

Minimum BSN, 2 years of experience in relevant areas, SC RN license; national certification within 6 months; sign-on bonus of $20,000

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in the past 5 years.
• Licensure: SC RN license; national certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities
