Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and long-term care neighborhoods. You will supervise, mentor, and coordinate care to ensure safe, person-centered services in a dynamic senior living community.

Responsibilities include documentation leadership (MDS, care plans, incident reporting), staffing based on acuity, infection control oversight, and driving quality improvement while supporting staff development and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ RN experience on a nursing unit (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living or hospital).
• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which they operate.
• Current CPR required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee the clinical care of guests/residents in skilled nursing/long-term care neighborhoods.
• Maintain clinical practice and processes per policies and nursing standards.
• Own documentation: MDS, care plans, incident reporting, and charting requirements.
• Ensure appropriate staff on duty based on guest/resident acuity and provide recommendations.
• Monitor infection control and antibiotic stewardship with leadership collaboration.
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement measures for clinical indicators.
• Collaborate with Staff Development Coordinator for training and competency reviews.
• Participate in clinical leadership meetings and committees.
• Provide leadership during annual surveys and regulatory audits.
