Job summary
Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the delivery of safe, person-centered care in their neighborhood. You will coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical programs while mentoring staff to grow professionally and stay current with standards.
The role emphasizes infection control, quality improvement, documentation accuracy (MDS, care plans, charting), and regulatory readiness.
Qualifications
- RN with 3+ years' experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
- Current RN license in the state of operation.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web applications.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, implementing, and overseeing clinical care in skilled nursing/long-term care neighborhoods.
- Maintain clinical practice and policies aligned with standards.
- Own documentation: MDS, care plans, incident reporting, charting.
- Ensure appropriate staff on duty based on acuity and needs.
- Monitor infection control and antibiotic stewardship with leadership.
- Develop and implement quality improvement measures for indicators.
- Collaborate on staff training and competency reviews.
- Participate in leadership meetings and regulatory audits.
- Provide leadership during surveys and investigations.
