The Clinical Manager will foster teamwork, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a patient-centric environment while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and accreditation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-physician clinical staff in collaboration with Program Director and Hospital Leadership.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff; oversee ongoing education and training with hospital partnership.
• Coordinate community outreach with Intuitive Health and Hospital leadership.
• Schedule clinical staff and manage staffing levels.
• Assist with staff evaluations following Hospital timelines and tools.
• Provide leadership training and mentoring to clinical staff.
• Implement quality assurance and performance improvement processes; report on site metrics.
