NHC HomeCare Midlands is looking for a Clinical Manager, RN to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic, sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care. The role includes hiring and mentoring staff, coordinating referrals with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• SC Registered Nurse license/certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience, home care preferred (6 months min).
• Supervisory experience required to lead staff.
• Able to meet background screening requirements and maintain driving record.

Responsabilités

• Hire and retain clinical staff to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians.
• Ensure patient needs are met and care is staffed appropriately.
• Educate and monitor care provided by staff.
• Fluency with HomeCare HomeBase systems for point-of-care and back office.
