Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required; BSN strongly preferred by hospital partners.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in management or charge nurse in the emergency department.
• Unrestricted registered nursing license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.
• Active RN license in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-physician clinical staff with director alignment
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff with hospital partners
• Provide ongoing training and education for clinical staff
• Lead scheduling of clinical staff
• Support patient satisfaction and clinical quality improvements
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Program Director for QA and performance improvements
• Provide quarterly reporting on site performance
• Serve as cultural champion for non-physician clinical employees
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory activities
• Oversee customer service experience at the sites
