Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Clinical Coordinator who is a registered nurse to lead the department, ensure high quality patient care, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.

You will oversee staff education, drive performance improvement, manage resources, and foster collaboration among staff, physicians, and leadership to create a safe, ethical workplace. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support onboarding and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with expertise in clinical practices, policies, and compliance standards.
• Experience leading clinical teams and upholding patient safety.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating departmental activities, managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relations, and ensuring availability for procedures.
• Implementing and recommending policies, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and serving as a subject matter expert for staff education.
• Promoting a safe, ethical, and professional environment through evidence-based practice and ongoing staff training.
• Leading performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Managing resources effectively, encouraging teamwork, and fostering open communication among staff, physicians, and leadership.
• Supporting staff onboarding, development, and engagement while upholding professional standards and ethics.
• Collaborating with management for fiscal responsibility, process improvements, and strategic planning.
