Job summary

The Denver Hospice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager, RN to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate care to patients and families in Colorado’s Front Range. You will guide clinical practice, coach clinicians, and ensure high standards of quality and compliance within a nonprofit hospice setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare supervisory or leadership experience.
• Hospice, palliative care, home-based care or similar complex clinical-care experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and engage clinical teams.
• Strong clinical judgment with emphasis on quality, compliance and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, support, and develop the clinical team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee direct and indirect patient and family services by the interdisciplinary team.
• Recruit, orient, train, mentor, and retain high-performing staff.
• Monitor patient care and EMR documentation for timeliness, accuracy, continuity and quality.
• Promote clinical excellence and strong patient and family experiences and CAHPS metrics.
• Manage workload based on referrals, census, and acuity with appropriate staffing.
