Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• BSN degree preferred from an accredited program.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in hospice/home care.
• Experience in interdisciplinary team settings.
• Willingness to drive and have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day field and office operations and supervision of clinical personnel.
• Conducts performance reviews for Nursing and CNA staff and mentors team members.
• Ensures care aligns with best practice standards and Medicare/organizational policies.
• Coordinates with Director of Clinical Services to maintain quality, compliance, and outcomes.
• Manages on-call coverage and staffing to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
