Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually. Field and office responsibilities are balanced, with on-site supervision and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in hospice/home health
• BSN degree from NLN-accredited program preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day logistics and coordination of patient care
• Supervises clinical personnel and ensures care aligns with best practice standards
• Manages 50/50 field and office activities and coverage
• Maintains staffing and on-call coverage to ensure uninterrupted patient care
• Monitors performance, conducts reviews, and mentors staff
• Collaborates with leadership to achieve performance and quality goals
• Reviews and supervises clinical documentation and compliance with regulations
• Supports onboarding and competency assessment for new hires
• Partners with across teams to improve referral processes and patient access
• Acts as a liaison between staff, facilities, and leadership
