Job summary

Medix™ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing program in Redondo Beach, California. The Clinical Manager will develop and oversee nursing services, support high-quality participant care, and help build a strong clinical team as the program expands.

This role starts with hands-on patient care and clinical operations, with increasing responsibility for team leadership, staff development, and nursing oversight as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• At least three years of nursing experience.
• Experience with frail, elderly, or geriatric populations; supervisory experience in outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to participants in the clinic.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans and support ongoing participant assessments.
• Collaborate with the Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and interdisciplinary care team to coordinate participant care.
• Support nursing leadership in clinical operations and program development.
• Develop proficiency in the EMR system and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
