Job summary

Apploi Health Services is seeking a Health Services Manager in California to lead clinical operations across a senior living community. The role requires an active RN license and demonstrated leadership to guide resident care, regulatory compliance, EMR use, and medication management.

You will oversee assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with care teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant services.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
• Proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and Microsoft Office Suite, regulatory compliance, and medication management.
• Strong working knowledge of state licensing survey processes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for resident care services and clinical operations.
• Lead assessments, move-ins, and service plan reviews per policy and state rules.
• Review health records, monitor weights, and respond to changes of condition.
• Maintain updated service plans and ensure staff implement care.
• Document daily resident updates to coordinate care teams.
• Oversee medication delivery systems for safety and compliance.
• Verify physician orders, MAR transcription, and PRN parameters.
• Resolve daily missed medication reports promptly.
