Summit Healthcare is seeking a RN Clinical Leader (NCL) for the Woman & Infant Services on a full-time, day-shift basis in Show Low, AZ. You will lead nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain compliance with standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, care coordination, documentation, and participation in QA activities. Requires AZ RN license, CPR, and leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current AZ RN license and CPR certification.
• ACLS/PALS preferred for department areas.

Aufgaben

• Oversees staffing and scheduling for the unit to meet acuity needs.
• Ensures adequate staffing and coordinates bed assignments as needed.
• Documents care plans, assessments and unit activity for quality and safety.
• Leads performance improvement activities and collaborates with the care team.
• Monitors patient flow and discharge planning to optimize throughput.
