Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current AZ RN license.
- CPR Certification.
- ACLS / NIHSS / PALS credentials as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Supervises staffing and scheduling needs of the unit.
- Makes patient care assignments based on acuity and staff experience.
- Coordinates bed assignments and staffing changes.
- Ensures adequate staffing for next shift and covers sick calls.
- Documents assessment, plan of care, and patient progress in the medical record.
- Maintains patient safety standards and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team.
