Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our new Habilitation office in Poplar Bluff, MO. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee care delivery, and ensure person-centered supports for individuals with IDD.

You'll mentor staff, collaborate with families and professionals, manage service plans, and drive quality, compliance, and compassionate care in an in-office, Monday–Friday schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete required competencies for the services and cases overseen.
• Commitment to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
• Ability to travel within the assigned service area for client and employee visits, as needed.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and oversight for Habilitation services, supporting safe, respectful, person-centered care.
• Help assess client needs and support the development, implementation, and review of service plans and clinical documentation.
• Conduct or support required client and employee supervisory visits in accordance with applicable state requirements and BAYADA policies.
• Coach and mentor team members, including supporting clinical skill development and sound decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, care coordinators, and other professionals to promote coordinated support.
• Monitor service quality, clinical documentation, and outcomes; identify opportunities to improve care and processes.
• Support the office as it develops by helping build dependable clinical practices and a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and other activities that support a strong and growing team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
