Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Nurse Manager for our Rolla, MO habilitation office. The role leads clinical teams, develops care plans, and ensures high-quality client care across Rolla and Lebanon areas.

The position offers a competitive salary with full benefits and Monday–Friday schedule. Experience with the IDD population and supervisory duties are valued, with opportunities for advancement within BAYADA.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of experience as an RN.
• 2+ years of experience with the IDD population.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop and oversee care plans and ensure their execution.
• Supervise habilitation technicians in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies.
• Collaborate with clients, families, Case Managers and Hab Techs to implement plans.
• Make regular client visits to assess progress and ensure plan adherence.

Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our Rolla, MO Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Rolla/Lebanon area.

Compensation- $90,000-$95,000 depending on qualifications

As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
• Make regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitions
• Evaluate the progress of goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators
• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation
