Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our Saint Louis area Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Saint Louis area.

As a Clinical Manager you will lead the care team, develop care plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with Case Managers to ensure the Person Centered/Individual Support Plans are met. This full-time role offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Experience with IDD population (Qualified Professional) is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with clients, families, Case Managers, Hab Techs and teams to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Make regular client visits to evaluate progress and ensure services meet plans.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators.
• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians as per policy.

Compensation- $90,000-$95,000 depending on qualifications

As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
• Make regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitions
• Evaluate the progress of goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators
• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation

  • 2+ years of experience working with the IDD Population (Qualified Professional)
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
