Based in Southington, the position involves scheduling, ensuring compliance with CLIA/OSHA, and leading a patient-centered team delivering high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Active CT RN licensure
• 1+ years nursing in hospital/medical office
• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Triage patients, document messages, route to providers using the EHR
• Educate patients on self-management and care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Create and manage the clinical team schedule and assignments
• Lead the team to operate in a patient-centered environment
• Ensure smooth office operations and collaboration with the care team
• Oversee daily operations of the practice, including scheduling and provider support
