Qualifications

• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients; document patient messages and route to providers via the EHR.
• Coordinate scheduling and clinical duties; lead the clinical team.
• Educate patients on illness/injury and self-management of their condition.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical activities in the EHR.
