Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• RN license with Ohio Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the program services within area of responsibility.
• Ensure quality, service, and satisfaction goals are met.
• Collaborate with department leaders to manage the daily operations of the department.
• Direct, delegate, and engage in treatment to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Create efficient schedules for interdisciplinary staff and patients to assure appropriate staff/skill mix.
• Participate in recruitment activities and staff development.
• Act as a clinical resource and provide feedback and supervision to staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties.
