Join our dedicated healthcare team at Carondelet Marana Hospital in Tucson area as an RN responsible for direct patient care under established policies and procedures. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure safe, effective nursing interventions aligned with the care plan.

The role requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, Arizona RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on department.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with ability to obtain Arizona license.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS as required by department.

Responsabilités

• Implements and monitors patient care plans; communicates patient condition.
• Coordinates care as primary liaison of all disciplines.
• Follows physician and nursing orders; coordinates discharge planning.
• Performs assessments: initial, re-assessment and focused as needed.
• Develops and documents goals and plans in the patient care plan.
• Delivers nursing care, ensures patient safety and medication administration.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates transitions of care.
