Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year as an RN.
- Current Arizona nursing license or compact state license with ability to obtain AZ license within 30 days.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
- Department may require ACLS/PALS as noted.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per policies and protocols.
- Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure well-managed patient care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
- Document care and monitor patient status accordingly.
