Job summary

Dignity Health's Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix is seeking a Clinical Informaticist Professional to combine health IT with clinical insight to optimize workflows and patient outcomes.

You will analyze data, design informatics solutions, and collaborate with clinicians and IT to integrate systems for usability and efficiency, bridging technology with bedside care and championing user adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years acute care nursing clinical experience.
1+ E.H.R. implementation experience (Cerner preferred).
Registered Nurse licensed in AZ.
Master's in Informatics or related certification (preferred).
5 years clinical informatics experience (preferred).
Expertise in statistics and supervisory/management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Analyze complex healthcare data and design informatics solutions.
Collaborate with clinicians and IT to integrate systems for usability and efficiency.
Bridge technology and clinical practice with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Lead and participate in planning, development, and evaluation of informatics programs.
Maintain open communication among user groups to identify needs and resolve issues.
