Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years acute care nursing clinical experience.
- 1+ EHR implementation experience (super user, trainer or implementation project team member), preferably Cerner.
- Registered Nurse license in AZ.
Responsibilities
- Bridge technology and clinical practice with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Plan, develop, implement, upgrade, maintain and evaluate informatics programs; coordinate end-user input and ensure open communication among user groups.
- Demonstrate effective communication to support team problem solving, issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
- Act as team leader or member to coordinate activities and allocate resources, while adapting to changing information and workloads.
