Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical and operational activities across the hospital.
• Provides clinical judgment and serves as a staff resource for quality patient care.
• Leads hospital-wide response during emergencies and ensures protocol adherence.
• Addresses staff, patient, and family concerns and provides escalation support.
• Ensures adherence to policies, regulatory standards and patient safety practices.
