North Central Baptist Hospitals is seeking a results-driven healthcare leader to oversee patient care and operational activities at the facility. You will drive excellence, inspire teams, and focus on exceptional patient outcomes while supporting staff development and organizational success.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years nursing experience
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Texas State License for Registered Nurse
• Must have active Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); CPR completion within 60 days of hire
• ACLS is preferred

Responsabilités

• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Other related duties as assigned.
