Galen College of Nursing is seeking a nursing faculty member to educate and empower nursing students across classroom, lab and clinical settings. The role emphasizes student development, assessment, curriculum implementation and continuous improvement within state and accreditation guidelines.

The position requires active RN licensure, an MSN degree, and a minimum of two years of clinical RN experience with ongoing professional development and scholarship commitments.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse per state board requirements.
• Minimum MSN degree required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience as per the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate learning and learner development across classroom, lab and clinical settings.
• Use assessment strategies to evaluate student learning and inform course improvement.
• Engage in curriculum development, implementation and evaluation with PSLOs guiding instruction.
• Evaluate program outcomes and participate in scholarship and faculty development.
• Lead as a change agent while aligning with state and accrediting rules.
