• Implement diverse teaching strategies aligned with learner needs and content context.
• Help students develop as nurses and embody professional values and behaviors.
• Assess and evaluate student learning across classroom, lab, and clinical settings in all domains.
• Analyze assessment data to inform continuous course improvement.
• Implement curriculum with PSLOs to guide delivery and evaluate progress.
• Design and implement program assessments for continuous quality improvement.
• Engage in professional development to enhance faculty role effectiveness.
