Galen College of Nursing is seeking on‑campus nursing faculty to teach clinical, lab and theory across the nursing curriculum. Candidates must hold an active RN license and an MSN, with at least two years of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure as per State Board of Nursing.
• MSN degree (Master of Science in Nursing) required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, per State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Create a learning‑focused environment to achieve student and program outcomes.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet learner needs and contexts.
• Help students develop as nurses and embody professional values.
• Assess and evaluate student learning across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Analyze assessment data to drive continuous course improvement.
• Design and implement program assessments and PSLOs (program student learning outcomes).
• Engage in faculty development and ongoing professional growth.
• Maintain clinical practice knowledge to prepare students for modern nursing practice.
