Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have a current and valid RN license.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire.
- Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
- Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the success and growth of the new hire programs.
- Standardize educational training and mentor new grads, novice, and experienced RNs/LVNs/LPNs.
- Coordinate needs and resources with units and nursing leadership to support orientation and training.
