Agape Care Group in Texas seeks a Clinical Educator (RN) to design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience for new staff and provide ongoing education to the team.

You will lead new hire orientation, assess learning needs, develop educational programs, and mentor employees across orientation and beyond, with some travel.

Qualifications

• RN with nursing experience and strong onboarding/education skills.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with hospice exposure.
• Education/training experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire orientation and ongoing staff education.
• Identify learning needs and develop educational programs to support staff.
• Mentor new employees during orientation and beyond; assess and validate competencies.
