Job summary

Agape Care Group in Richardson, TX seeks a Clinical Educator (RN) to lead new hire orientation and ongoing education across our hospice and palliative care teams. You will assess learning needs, develop programs, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure regulatory compliance.

This role involves travel, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program; RN preferred.
Current State License in applicable field.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in hospice.
Education/teaching experience preferred.
Reliable Transport required.

Responsibilities

Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Identify learning needs and develop educational programs to support staff growth.
Mentor new employees and conduct competency validation and continuing education.
Collaborate with supervisors and compliance on regulations and trends.
Travel as needed.
