Responsibilities include one-on-one and group teaching, coordinating education sessions, and ensuring staff competency. Idaho RN license required; BSN preferred; BLS/ACLS obtainable within months of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer Skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs.
• Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to educate/teach one on one as well as group settings.
• At least 1 year clinical nursing experience.
• Current RN License in the state of Idaho.
• BSN Preferred.
• BLS and ACLS Can obtain within first few months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate learners in one-on-one and group settings.
• Contribute to ongoing learning and practice improvement.
• May require after-hours education for hospital staff when needed.
