Within the Education department, the RN Clinical Educator will design, coordinate, and evaluate learning programs that strengthen nursing knowledge, clinical competency, regulatory readiness, and patient‑care standards. This role may support orientation, skills validation, annual competencies, continuing education, simulation, evidence‑based practice initiatives, and professional development across multiple nursing specialties. Reporting to nursing education or clinical leadership, the Nurse Educator will receive support from experienced leaders while partnering with friendly nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
