Froedtert Health's Menomonee Falls Hospital is seeking a Clinical Educator-RN to lead staff education and competency programs on-site. You will assess learning needs, design and deploy education using evidence-based methods, and partner with department leaders to advance professional development.

Qualifications include an RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and experience with adult learning principles. A Master's in Nursing Education is preferred; BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN clinical practice.
• Leadership experience (e.g., preceptor, Charge RN).
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Nursing leadership education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and performance of staff.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate education using evidence.
• Partner with stakeholders and act as educational leader.
• Deliver site-based classes and programs; collaborate with system educators.
