Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Quality Management and Clinical Director – RN as assigned.
• Consults with other Clinical Educators to assure staff education and follow-up.
• Develops and coordinates clinical education and competency evaluations for patient care personnel.
• Establishes stability and reduces variance in operations and procedures related to clinical quality.
• Promotes Quality Improvement principles to achieve high-quality care and services.
• Evaluates progress toward goals and reports data and outcomes.
• Implements care plans per safety and infection-control standards.
• Plans education strategies and ensures staff competency.
