Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience working in a department setting strongly preferred.
• Able to work independently and take initiative to self-start.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates department staff education and quality improvement program.
• Implements orientation and in-service training programs for staff.
• Provides direct patient care when needed.

Skills

Current IL Registered Nursing license

Ability to work independently

BLS certification

ACLS and PALS certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/Education

Master’s Degree in Nursing/Education (preferred)
