Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support educational programs for patients enrolled in our biotechnology partner's therapies. You will educate on injection techniques, disease states, and prescribed therapies while coordinating with the client account management team.

Applicants should have an active state RN license, 2+ years in rare diseases preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills. Some travel and regional meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current state license.
• 2 years working with rare disease preferred but not essential.
• Clinical educator experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry required.
• Excellent professional communication and presentation skills required.
• Self-starter with high personal motivation and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational support to enrolled patients on injection technique of approved therapies and education on client-supported services.
• Deliver disease state and prescribed therapy information to enrolled patients as agreed with client and Inizio Engage management.
• Explore new partnership opportunities and contribute to program expansion.
• Complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including maintaining licenses and registrations.
• Attend local and national meetings to stay updated on plans, activities, and developments.
• Maintain company equipment and materials per policy and ensure queries are answered during working hours.
• Possess a full, valid United States driver’s license and report any offenses as required.
